Our self adjusting air mattress systems provide the therapeutic benefits of a powered system, for the prevention or treatment of bed sores, without the need of a pump. A non-powered self adjusting air system is an excellent and economical alternative to powered air systems. Our self adjusting air mattress systems can be converted to a powered system with the addition of our pump.
