Our topper converts your existing mattress into a pressure redistribution sleep surface to improve comfort, support and protection against the incidence of pressure sores. Our therapeutic bariatric medical gel mattress overlay incorporate the benefits and therapeutic properties of gel and foam. In contrast to regular gel or foam toppers, our Gel-Flex topper will not bottom out. Our bariatric Gel-Flex mattress overlay is constructed from a combination of Gel-Flex™ gel and Foam. The foam base is utilized SCT™ technology. forming the foam into individual foam "springs". This leaves channels in between the springs where we pour a semi-solid gel (Gel-Flex™) for a totally zoned and highly supportive mattress topper. Our unique gel-flex/foam mattress overlay topper that will not bottom out. The base of the mattress is a supportive high density foam for maximum weight distribution and durability. Our 4" topper is made to support bariatric weights up to 400 lbs. The top cover utilizes Blue Chip's exclusive Vyvex-I™. The nylon cover material is soft and non-shear, reducing heat and moisture build-up. The medical-grade vinyl bottom cover is a durable. Cover materials are fluid-resistant, stain-resistant, anti-microbial, and fire retardant. Corner straps secure the mattress topper to your existing mattress. Mattress topper is available in sizes 36”, 42”, 48” full, queen and custom sizes.
Topper can be made to support weights in excess of 400 lbs and in many different sizes.
