Gap Guard Wedge Side Rail Safety
The multi-purpose Gap Guard Wedge is a side rail gap protector, pads the side rails for patient safety and to prevent limbs from becoming entrapped and can be used as a patient positioner. Patients are safe from falls and accidental slippage through any gaps between the mattress and side rail. The gap guard wedge is constructed of a high-density foam with a poly/cotton cover or an optional medical-grade vinyl cover material. The Gap Guard Wedge meets California Technical Bulletin #117 for fire-retardency and is anti-microbial. Available in 70" full and 36" half rail sizes
