The Gel Recliner Pad is used over the existing recliner cushion of a geri chair, Lazy Boy, Lift Chair, Power Chair, and more for pain relief and in the prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers The Geri-Gel recliner overlay offers comfort, support, and pressure redistribution for individuals who sit for extended periods of time during the day. 

Our Gel Recliner Pad is one of the only pads on the market that is manufactured entirely in the USA! Handmade to exacting medical standards by Blue Chip Medical, the recliner overlay fits most standard geri-chair recliners and is also ideal for Lazy Boy Recliners, Lift Chairs, Power Chairs, and more. Custom sizes and bariatric models are available. 

The three-section overlay is constructed with an aqueous, highly viscous gel that is encapsulated in a high-density foam shell that provides superior comfort and relieves pressure and pain. The gel bladders are welded using a special process and guaranteed not to leak. The Gel Recliner Overlay has a special heel protection wedge for the prevention of heel ulcers. Our overlay is covered with Vyvex-III™ Stretch Cover and a non-skid Bottom to keep the overlay securely in the recliner. Adjustable safety straps secure the overlay to prevent shifting or moving when the recliner is lifted or reclined. The cover material is anti-microbial, fire-retardant, and is easy to clean with a bleach wipe or a simple 10:1 bleach and water solution. 

The Geri Chair Gel Recliner overlay supports up to 250 lbs. Bariatric and custom sizes are available.
