Waterproof Shower Chair Coccyx Cushion

Our waterproof coccyx shower cushion features a coccyx cutout that offloads pressure and help prevent pain on the tail and sacral area while offering patient comfort and even distribution of weight.  Comfortable and supportive, the cushion is made from 3" of PPF foam that has been Certi-PUR-US certified. This certification confirms the medical grad foams we use is made without many of the toxic chemicals or heavy metals found in other foams. 

SPECIAL DUAL-COVER WATERPROOF SYSTEM
A Vyvex-II inner cover is closed with sealed seams with a waterfall flap.  An additional Vyvex-II fitted outer cover with elastic ensures the cushion is not only waterproof and easy to clean but the cushion is comfortable. Vyvex-II is a unique material that is low-shear, low-friction and anti-microbial yet it is softer to the touch than vinyl. This helps make the cushion more comfortable. Vyvex-II conforms to your body where as traditional vinyl sticks to the skin and it very firm pushing back against your skin.

DUAL PURPOSE CUSHION
Our cushion can be used in a wheelchair without the Vyvex-II slip-cover and in the shower with the additional Vyvex-II slip cover. The slip-cover has elastic to make it simple and easy to install.
