Surface pressure mapping for the prevention and treatment of tissue injuries
Blue Chip’s seat sensor is an advanced matrix-based tactile surface sensor that provides highly detailed pressure mapping across the full contact surface. With 1,024 sensing points embedded throughout the sensor “skin,” it enables precise spot pressure analysis at virtually any point in the contact area.
This level of accuracy gives seating specialists the patient data needed to design an optimal seating surface that enhances comfort, supports proper positioning, and promotes effective pressure redistribution.

Hose connections
Hose connections feature a transport locking device that ensures the mattress remains inflated for patient transport.
CPR Valve
CPR Valve quickly deflates mattress system for medical emergencies. A simple twist releases air immediately.
Blower Pump
The blower pump is controlled by a micro-processor which allows the caregiver total control of comfort and chosen therapy. Cycle time ranges from 5 to 95 minutes. The blower pump inflates the mattress within minutes, reducing the waiting time for therapeutic treatment to begin.
Optional: Pulsating low air loss pump Model 9511-PS allows caregivers to provide pulsating low air loss therapy.
Optional Expandable Mattress: Power Pro™ VW is an expandable air mattress system that allows for variable mattress widths. Three models 35″, 39″, 42″ supporting 800 lbs, 35″, 42″, 48″ supporting 1000 lbs and 39″, 48″, 54″ bariatric mattress supports 1000 lbs.
